Our Glass Bottle Factory：30+ Years of Manufacturing Expertise

As a professional glass bottle manufacturer and distributor in China with over 30 years of experience, we are located in Foshan City, covering an area of 330,000 square meters,Our annual output reaches around 300 million glass bottles.

We strictly abide by China’s national industrial production standard (GB/T19001-2008) and international standard (ISO9001-2008) in glass bottle production.The main raw materials include silica sand, soda ash and cullet. These materials are melted at approximately 1500°C to form glass bottles. After shaping, bottles undergo hot-end spraying, 60-minute annealing, followed by cold-end spraying. we adopt denitration and desulfurization treatment for flue gas from glass melting kilns. The gas goes through dust filtration systems before emission. We also recycle industrial wastewater after standardized treatment to ensure zero environmental pollution.We have one automatically controlled furnace and four production lines. Each line is equipped with double-drop machines.

We are committed to strict quality control. We have established on-site quality checks and periodic sampling inspections. An automatic bottle inspection machine is deployed for comprehensive online inspection. Two teams of workers visually check bottle appearances on the production line. Regular sampling tests focus on the bottles’ chemical and physical properties, such as impact resistance, internal pressure resistance, internal stress, volume, dimension and vertical axis deviation. Once fully inspected, the glass bottles are packed by automatic shrink wrapping machines.Our well-ventilated indoor warehouse spans 150,000 square meters, capable of storing 50 million bottles.
